Kick-Start Workshop | Define Approach
In this 1-day workshop we support your change team / key stakeholders to define a change approach scaled and customised for your change initiative. Based on the Prosci Methodology.
During the workshop, we will focus on: defining success and the change impacting people, identifying the organisational readiness for change, identifying stakeholders, defining a roadmap for the people side of change, a high-level change plan and an action plan to move forward after the workshop.
Coaching / Mentoring
We support your change manager / practitioner of change team with fulfilling their crucial role in support your change initiative with an effective change approach, realising output and milestones and activating change roles (leaders and change agents).
Based on progress and challenges, our change expert coach helps to ignite progress in the change initiative at hand and develop more ability and skills for changes to come.
Check-In Workshops | Track & Adapt
During this half-day workshop with your change team / stakeholders, we will track progress on the change approach and adapt the approach / change plan. Check-In workshops typically happen on milestone dates in the change plan.
Before the workshop, we measure adoption and change management performance. During the workshop, we will discuss results, adapt the change approach and work more in detail on the steps for the next weeks / months.
Consulting
In addition to our workshops and key notes, we support your initiatives on the go. An experienced change expert will help you to develop your change approach and implement it.
